What is SalsaRise?

We are an online store that caters to your dance accessory needs. The word salsarise is defined as 'a strong emotional feeling that makes you want to jump up and down and dance'.

Why buy from SalsaRise?

You are supporting the growth of dance communities nationwide and worldwide. Products at great prices you can't find anywhere else. $1 or your purchase will go to both World Vision (a charity that fights poverty around the world), and OCRA (Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance). 

When will I receive my order? 

It will take about 2-4 weeks for packages to arrive. Howeverer, delivery times may be longer than usual due to COVID-19 spread. 

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accepts all major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner's Club, JCB, PayPal, AmazonPay, ApplePay, and ShopifyPay.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or Lost Delivery)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photos and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O. (Delivery Order) to us at info@salsarise.com

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for order that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O. (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at info@salsarise.com

2. In the event of a lost mail, we will try to locate the item and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability. 

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will accept a return and process a refund. Please refer to our 'Refund Policy' page.

What is your return policy?

As of August 22, 2020, instead of returning items at this time, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we'll give you your money back in full. Then if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
